Let's try to create an Agenda template that we use and customize for each meeting. Ditto for a Meeting Summary. For the summary, we let AI summarize and then we ask AI to condense. We save to PDFs and store themin a folder in ONE DRIVE as an archived document once the meeting has passed. All students have access to ONE DRIVE so club members can always access them there. Then, we can share from that drive to Jasmine (and etc) as warranted. P.S. Be sure to TIP this post :).
