On Tuesday, the President of the Table Tennis Society (where I am the advisor) came by (those present met him) to inform me that our Secretary was knocked down while riding his bike and was in a semi-induced coma at Broward Health. I made it through my next class, which I ended a bit early and visited him before returning for my 6pm class. So many people prayed for him and the medical staff at Broward Health are PHENOMENAL and I am ETERNALLY grateful to God for pulling him through what is perhaps a near-death experience. I visited him yesterday, after surgery, and he is improving. I am grateful for all of God's mercies. If you pray, please be sure to pray for Leonardo Gonzales, a kind, quiet, humble, brilliant... young man with a promising future in the Computer Science field... that he makes a speedy and full recovery. Ok my thinking process is a bit delayed today. I guess it's because it's Sunday :). I fiddled around with the text logo for hours... I have 20 variations, ten of which are good contenders and one of which I used, for now. I chose a green theme. It was either that or orange. I wasn't comfortable with a two-color them for some strange reason. Usually, I like to use contrasting colors and in a wayI did so with the background colors of the site (different shades of grey). I have enabled the PWA (Progressive Web Application) feature. Now it can be installed on either Android or iPhone... Consider it a very good-looking website shortcut for your mobile device's homescreen, as opposed to a mobile app. I'll let the students mess with modifying and publishing the mobile apps (for android and iOS) since they have more time than I do :). I have enabled some of the many features while I let a few students test it. That's it for BC Brainiacs for now... I'll let the students take the look-and-feel to a next level. Now to quickly install the vCards app here and on TTTSociety.com. I am really tired so I think I have to pause for a cause = get some rest. I will resume tomorrow (2/9/2026).
